Caring, Cost-Effective And Creative Estate Planning And Probate Services
Biography
Adam Bernick has extensive experience in all matters related to estate planning, guardianships, elder law, estate administration, probate, pension, ERISA, tax and real estate matters. He has assisted in protracted litigation in complicated estate matters and will contests based on fraud and lack of capacity, as well as complicated issues arising from divorce matters which arose years after the parties thought they had resolved the issues after being represented by other law firms. His services, in conjunction with other attorneys from our Office have resulted in excellent results for clients in matters which were difficult, if not nearly impossible to resolve.
